WORKSHOPS/TRAININGS/RETREATS
Pilates San Pancho is an educational center thru the simplicity of the classes as well as diverse teachers and knowledge coming to our studio. We welcome workshops, training groups and can help you create retreats. Currently we have a Pilates room which has 5 Reformers, a Cadillac, a Ladderbarrel with Incline Plane, Pedipole, Pilates Chair, 5 spine correctors, 3 MOTRs, mats and various props. We also have the rigging for three aerial silks. Our equipment is on sliders thus can be moved around to create open space or various set ups. We welcome all modalities of movement, body/mind practices and therapeutic treatments as a way to enhance knowledge at our studio. TEACHER TRAININGS 2025 JANUARY THRU MARCH!
Pilates Mat Level 1 & 2 and Reformer Level 1 & 2 along with Anatomy and Biomechanical Studies will be offered January thru March in our studio. Please contact us if you are interested in training with us. For new and already certified teachers wanting to dig in deeper!
