Retreats
Pilates San Pancho is an educational center thru the simplicity of the classes as well as diverse teachers and knowledge coming to our studio. We welcome workshops, training groups and can help you create retreats. Currently we have a Pilates room which has four reformers, a cadillac, two wunderchairs, 5 spine correctors, 3 MOTRs, mats and various props. We also have the rigging for four aerial silks. Our equipment is on sliders thus can be moved around to create open space or various set ups. We welcome all modalities of movement, body/mind practices and therapeutic treatments as a way to enhance knowledge at our studio.
